what is the purpose of the following documents 

1. Proposal: the purpose of the proposal is to get the views of what is needed in the planning, where you can find what is achieved in the form of documents. it is written up by the company for initial ideas. it is to propose the idea to the clients and set budgets. 

2. Treatment: the purpose of the treatment is the name of the documents written up by the productions to an ideas. 

3. Storyboard: the purpose of the storyboard is to follow up on the story which is planned to be filmed  , those that is producing it would need to be following it step by step. 

4. Call Sheet: the purpose of the call sheets is to have overall document that is accomplished by the group.
